Scottish Screen Archive appeal for home movies

The Scottish Screen Archive is looking for you to donate your home movie material from 1970-2010, in particular moving images that depict society, industry and culture in Scotland in that period. From the NLS website:

In particular, they are keen to have fiction or non-fiction films or videos from cine / video clubs, video workshops and community or action groups. Subject areas of interest include:

Local / community events, such as gala days
Local industries, charities or tourism
Significant changes in local communities
Sport and leisure.

Material shot by children as a child is also being sought by the University of Glasgow for a separate project. For more information visit www.nls.uk/news/archive/2011/08/film-archive-seeks-donations.
