National Family History Fair at Gateshead

This Saturday sees the National Family History Fair at Gateshead International Stadium, the biggest genealogical event in Britain after the Who Do You Think You Are? Live exhibition. The fair runs from 10.00am to 4.30pm, and in addition to stalls set up by many of the country's top vendors, including sponsors S. & N. Genealogy Ltd, there is a series of lectures on various topics of interest. Full details are avsilable at www.nationalfamilyhistoryfair.com.

My wife and I will be helping the organisers out on the day at the event, so if you are a reader of this blog, do say hi - and remember, the latest edition of the Family and Local History Handbook, the twelfth edition, will be exclusively on sale at the event!
